THE SITUATION

 

This 1.3 million square foot, mixed use, high-rise development was a major undertaking in the heart of downtown Bellevue, WA. A year in, due to the complexity and partnership structure, the project was behind schedule and over budget. That’s when Trinity came in.

 

WHAT WE DID

 

After careful studying and assessing the project and participants, Trinity began immediate re-design and permitting efforts, while also setting in place new objectives and protocols.

 

Trinity oversaw the transition to new joint venture partners, new construction plans and ensured the design work was completed.

 

THE OUTCOME

 

After four years of hard work, the project was substantially complete. After landing Microsoft and Eddie Bauer as large office tenants, the project also attained full retail and residential occupancy, and a successful hotel operation by the Westin.
