We are pleased to announce the addition of a new team member at Trinity, Marco Price. Marco joined Trinity in June of 2021 as an Asset Manager where he is responsible for the oversight and value optimization of clients’ properties and real estate portfolios.
Before joining Trinity, Marco developed his asset management expertise at Invesco Real Estate where he helped manage a rotating portfolio of commercial and multifamily assets located in the Southwestern US. Prior to Invesco, Marco worked within CIT Bank’s Real Estate Finance group evaluating prospective debt transactions for Multifamily properties.
In addition to acquiring professional work experience, Marco is a recent graduate of the University of California Irvine where he earned his MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate.
