A veteran dealmaker who loves sharing what he knows.

After nearly five decades in commercial real estate, there’s not much Bruce hasn’t seen. His relationships with key players and his discerning insight into the local market make him an invaluable advisor to institutional investors and family offices alike. Bruce has been a partner at Trammell Crow Company and a founding partner of Spieker Properties, where, after the firm went public, he vetted transactions as Chief Investment Officer. He later played a similar role for the Western U.S. region as a partner in Kennedy Associates Real Estate Council.

Bruce is as comfortable making hundred million-dollar deals as reviewing an asset’s monthly operating statement. He especially enjoys mentoring clients and enabling them to deepen their own understanding of how to creatively maximize the value of a property.
