Marco joined Trinity in June of 2021 as an Asset Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2024. He is responsible for the oversight and value optimization of clients’ properties and real estate portfolios. Before joining Trinity, Marco returned to Washington after a three-year stint in Southern California pursuing both educational and professional goals in Real Estate. He developed his Asset Management expertise at Invesco Real Estate where he helped manage a rotating portfolio of commercial and multifamily assets located in the Southwestern US. Prior to Invesco, Marco worked within CIT Bank’s Real Estate Finance group evaluating prospective debt transactions for Multifamily properties. In addition to acquiring professional work experience, Marco was a graduate student at the University of California Irvine where he earned his MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate. It is because of his various professional and educational experiences that he expects to provide value through a wholistic approach to Real Estate.
