  4. Kirkland Lake Building

    Trinity Real Estate, in partnership with a Seattle-based family office, acquired the Kirkland Lake Building— a three-story, 30,000-sf office/retail property in downtown Kirkland near the waterfront, marina, and major employers like Google and Tableau. Built in 1929 and renovated in 1990, the asset features multiple office and street-level retail tenants.

    Trinity Real Estate acquired the newly remodeled, 41-unit Westwood Vista Apartments in West Seattle as part of a 1031 exchange with East Highland Apartments. Originally built in 1968 and extensively renovated in 2018, the property offers modern interiors, new amenities, and a transit-served location across from Westwood Village—advancing a value-focused multifamily strategy.

  6. East Highland Apartments

    Trinity Real Estate acquired East Highland Apartments, a charming 12-unit 1928 property in Seattle’s Capitol Hill. The two four-story buildings share a courtyard; all units are 1-bed/1-bath (~725 sf) with vintage finishes and modern upgrades, plus one 384-sf office and limited secure parking—well located near Volunteer Park and Pike/Pine amenities.

    Trinity Real Estate acquired Montage Apartments, a 23-unit, six-story asset in Seattle’s Pike/Pine Corridor (Capitol Hill) via a 1031 exchange. Built in 2007 with condo-grade finishes, the property features underground parking and private balconies; Trinity plans a new rooftop deck to enhance resident amenities.

    Trinity Real Estate, with a Pacific Northwest family office partner, acquired the historic Quilt Building—a 37,500-sf mixed-use asset at 316–318 1st Ave S in Seattle’s Pioneer Square. Trinity plans upgrades to commercial and residential common areas, preserving the building’s character while modernizing functionality.
