Trinity Real Estate is proud to have been engaged as an adviser in the initial stage of developing Des Moines Creek Business Park. Our engagement was strategic in helping Port of Seattle and the City of Des Moines realize their vision and goals of the business park project. Our scope of adviser work included, among other things, creating a predictable approval process to support future development and job creation. We are extremely proud of the project’s outcome and the associated community and business success.
