With nearly five decades in commercial real estate, Bruce brings deep market knowledge, long-standing industry relationships, and seasoned investment judgment to every conversation. His insight and advisory work have made him a trusted resource for both institutional investors and family offices navigating complex real estate strategies.
Bruce has served as a partner at Trammell Crow Company, a founding partner of Spieker Properties, where he became Chief Investment Officer following the firm’s IPO, and a Western U.S. investment partner at Kennedy Associates Real Estate Council, overseeing acquisitions and asset performance across the region.
From hundred-million-dollar transactions to monthly operating statements, Bruce is as comfortable in the boardroom as he is walking a property. He’s especially passionate about mentoring clients and empowering them to think strategically about unlocking hidden value within their portfolios.
Bruce holds a BSME and an MBA from the University of Texas. He’s a husband and father of four, a cyclist, and a former guitarist for The Screaming Skulls. Bruce also serves as a Trustee for Young Life, a non-denominational Christian ministry that connects with high school youth.
