Marco joined Trinity Real Estate in 2021 as an Asset Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2024. He oversees the performance and value optimization of client real estate portfolios, applying a data-driven and hands-on approach to commercial and multifamily asset management.
Before joining Trinity, Marco returned to the Pacific Northwest after three years in Southern California, where he pursued both graduate studies and professional roles in real estate. He developed his expertise in asset management at Invesco Real Estate, managing a rotating portfolio of commercial and multifamily assets across the Southwestern U.S. Prior to Invesco, Marco worked in real estate finance at CIT Bank, evaluating multifamily debt transactions and underwriting investment opportunities.
Marco holds an MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, and dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting from Seattle Pacific University’s McKenna School of Business.
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Marco is a husband and father of two, an avid golfer, and a passionate sports fan.
