“Guidance based on experience, not theory.”

Richard Leider

Founder & Managing Partner

Richard Leider is known for his rare ability to craft sophisticated real estate strategies and articulate them clearly and confidently. Since founding Trinity Real Estate in 2001, Richard has advised on more than $2 billion in real estate projects spanning office, residential, retail, hotel, mixed-use, and industrial sectors, totaling over 3.6 million square feet of product experience.

A seasoned professional in real estate investment and development since 1987, Richard is frequently sought for his insights. He has been referenced in The New York Times and served as a contributing source for the Urban Land Institute’s annual Emerging Trends publication, co-produced with PwC. He has held leadership roles on the board of the Pacific Real Estate Institute and as president and national board director for NAIOP.

Richard holds a BS and MBA from the University of Washington and completed the Advanced Management Program at the University of Oxford. Outside the office, he’s a passionate fly fisherman, upland bird hunter, and woodworker—and most proud of his role as husband and father of four.
