Vivek is a key member of Trinity Real Estate’s investment team, bringing over four years of experience across real estate development, investment analysis, and portfolio management. As an Investment Analyst, he supports strategic advisory and underwriting efforts, delivering data-driven insights that help maximize asset value and drive long-term, sustainable growth.
Before Trinity, Vivek led client acquisitions and managed large-scale construction projects for Fortune 500 companies and global retailers during his tenure at Crestone Developers in India. He further sharpened his investment skills at Prologis, where he underwrote multimillion-dollar industrial assets and evaluated core investment opportunities. His ability to combine financial acumen with a deep understanding of real estate development makes him a dynamic and results-oriented advisor.
A strong advocate for sustainability in real estate, Vivek integrates ESG principles into investment strategy, aligning with Trinity’s mission to create and preserve long-term value for clients and communities.
Vivek holds a Master’s in Real Estate from the Runstad School of Real Estate at the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from New Horizon College of Engineering in Bangalore, India. He is actively involved in the industry as a NAIOP Developing Leaders Board Member and with the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group in both the U.S. and India.
